Astral Travel     Astral Travel is one of the most well-known of the spiritual gifts we can possess on the physical plane-but one of the least understood. It is very important to receive guidance on safe travel, preparation of the physical body and mind, and protection for astral travel; otherwise, the experiences can often become troublesome or even dangerous.   This workshop breaks down astral travel and provides tools so that all participants can experience safe, spiritually beneficial journeys   In the Astral Travel workshop you will: Ø       Learn to expand your consciousness to purposefully travel outside the physical body. Ø       Learn to prepare the physical body, mind and the surroundings for astral travel. Ø       Learn to travel safely and with complete protection. (Including a protection prayer). Ø       Practice 3 preliminary exercises to prepare you for Astral Travel. Ø       Experience actual journeys during the class. You will leave the class with beginning skills for safe astral travel. The only limit to where you go is your own imagination. (Astral Travel is a prerequisite for the Teacher Initiation.)
